MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND RECORDKEEPING <strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12,2013Page 211 of291If the manufacturer's recommendations are not utilized, all equipmentmalfunctions shall be immediately reported to supervisory personnel, or themalfunctioning dry filter booth shall be shut down.[40 CFR 63.745(g), 12/8/00; 40 CFR 63.743(b), 4/20106](iv) For dry filter spray booths where Aerospace NESHAP primers and topcoatscontaining inorganic HAPs are sprayed, unless the primers or topcoats haveinorganic HAP concentrations less than 0.1 % for carcinogens and 1.0 % fornon-carcinogens:• Install NESHAP-compliant filters in booths where inorganic HAPs areapplied to aerospace parts.• Check to see that the pressure gauge fnnctions properly and that the pressuredrop range is labeled on the log sheets at least quarterly.[40 CFR 63.745(g), 12/8/00](v) For water wash booths where Aerospace NESHAP primers and topcoatscontaining inorganic HAPs are sprayed, unless the primers or topcoats haveinorganic HAP concentrations less than 0.1 % for carcinogens and 1.0% for noncarcinogens:• If a water flowmeter is required, check to see that the meter functionsproperly and the flow range is labeled on the log sheet.
