DefinitionsUnless otherwise defined in this permit, the terms used in this permit shall have the samemeaning ascribed to them in the referenced regulation. [WAC 173-401-200, 10/17/02]Y. Duty to supplement or correct applicationUpon becoming aware that it has failed to submit any relevant facts in a permit application orthat it has submitted incorrect information in a permit application, Boeing shall promptly submitsuch supplementary facts or corrected information to the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>.[WAC 173-401-500(6), 10/17/02]z. Insignificant emission units and activities1. Insignificant emission units and activities at Boeing are subject to all applicablerequirements set forth in Sections LA, ILA.l(a)-(c), ll.A.l(e), and ILA.1(t), III, and IV.This permit does not require testing, monitoring, reporting or recordkeeping forinsignificant emission units or activities, except as required by sections II.A.1(a)-(c),IIA.l(e), and ILA.1(t) of this permit. For insignificant emission units, the testing,monitoring, reporting, or recordkeeping requirements identified are applicable once apotential air operating permit deviation issue is initially observed and continue to beapplicable until the potential deviation issue is resolved. Where this permit does not require testing, monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting forinsignificant emissions units or activities, Boeing may certify continuous compliance ifthere were no observed, documented, or known instances of noncompliance during thereporting period. Where this permit requires testing, monitoring, recordkeeping andreporting for insignificant emission units or activities, Boeing may certify continuouscompliance when the testing, monitoring, and recordkeeping required by the permitrevealed no violations during the period, and there were no observed, documented, orknown instances of noncompliance during the reporting period. An emission unit or activity that qualifies as insignificant solely on the basis of WAC173-401-530(1)(a) shall not exceed the emission thresholds specified in WAC 173-401-530(4) until this permit is modified pursuant to Section VLE of this permit and WAC173-401-725.
