Specific MonitoringIn this section, if any equipment is not in use during the specified monitoring period, then nomonitoring is required for that time period and the absence of monitoring is not a permitdeviation.In some cases, the frequency of the monitoring activities discussed in this section isspecified by a Notice of Construction Order of Approval, by a PSD permit, or by aregulation as being based on a "calendar" month or week. In these cases, Boeing mustperform the activity based on a "calendar" month or week. In other cases, when the term"calendar" has been omitted, "monthly" means that the maintenance or inspection activityshall be performed at least once each calendar month, on any day of that calendar month,or the inspection may be performed at least once each consecutive 28 day period, on anyday of that 28 day period. "Weekly" may mean that the maintenance or inspectionactivity shall be performed at least once each conventional "calendar" week (Le., Sundaythrough Satmday), on any day of that week, or the activity may be performed at least onceeach consecutive 7-day period, on any day of that consecutive 7-day period. 14(a) Approval by the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, via NOC/Order ofApprovalBoeing has presented the pertinent information to the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency viaa Notice of Construction lApp Ii cation for Approval (NOC) and the Puget Sound Clean AirAgency has issued an Order of Approval indicating approval of this operation or activity.Boeing shall remain in compliance with the Order of Approval.
