STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS<strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12,2013Page 256 of29163.744(b)(1);3) Any instances where a noncompliant spray gun cleaning method is used;4) Any instance where a leaking enclosed spray gun cleaner remains unrepaired andin use for more than 15 days;5) If the cleaning operations have been in compliance for the semiannual period, astatement that the cleaning operations have been in compliance with theapplicable standards;6) For cleaning operations, a statement of compliance signed by a responsiblecompany official certifYing that the facility is in compliance with all applicablerequirements;7) For primers and topcoats where there is no averaging or a control device, eachvalue of Hi and Oi that exceeds the applicable organic HAP or VOC contentlimit;8) For primers and topcoats that are averaged, each value of Ha and Oa thatexceeds the organic HAP or V OC content limit;9) All times when a primer or topcoat application operation was not immediatelyshut down when the pressure drop or water flow rate was outside the limits;10) If the primer and topcoat operations have been in compliance for the semiannualperiod, a statement that the operations have been in compliance with theapplicable standards;11) For depainting operations where the facility depaints more than 6 completedaircraft in a calendar year:• Any 24-hour period where organic HAP were emitted from depaintingaerospace vehicles, other than from exempt operations in 40 CFR 63.746(a),(b)(3), and (b)(5).• Any new chemical strippers used at the facility during the reporting period andany stripper that undergoes reformulation, as well as their organic HAPcontent.Boeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September 12, 2008; Administrative Amendment 3: October 10, 2012
