Duty to complyBoeing shall comply with all conditions of this permit. Any permit noncompliance constitutesa violation of Chapter 70.94 RCW and, for federally enforceable provisions, a violation of theFederal <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> Act (FCAA). Such violations are grounds for enforcement action; forpermit termination, revocation and reissuance, or modification; or for denial of a permitrenewal application. [<strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> Regulation J, Section 7.05, 10/28/93;WAC 173-401-620(2)(a), 11/4/93]B. <strong>Permit</strong> actionsThis permit may be modified, revoked, reopened and reissued, or terminated for cause. Thefiling of a request by Boeing for a permit modification, revocation and reissuance, ortermination, or of a notification of planned changes or anticipated noncompliance does notstay any permit condition. [WAC 173-401-620(2)(c), 1114/93]C. Property rightsThis permit does not convey any property rights of any sort, or any exclusive privilege.[WAC 173-401-620(2)(d), 1114/93]D. Duty to provide informationBoeing shall furnish to the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>, within a reasonable time, anyinformation that the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> may request in writing to determinewhether cause exists for modifying, revoking and reissuing, or terminating the permit or todetermine compliance with the permit. Upon request, Boeing shall also furnish to the <strong>Puget</strong><strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> copies of records required to be kept by the permit or, forinformation claimed to be confidential, Boeing may furnish such records directly to EPARegion 10 along with a claim of confidentiality. The <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> shallmaintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with RCW 70.94.205.
