Duty to complyBoeing shall comply with all conditions of this permit. Any permit noncompliance constitutesa violation of Chapter 70.94 RCW and, for federally enforceable provisions, a violation of theFederal Clean Air Act (FCAA). Such violations are grounds for enforcement action; forpermit termination, revocation and reissuance, or modification; or for denial of a permitrenewal application. Permit actionsThis permit may be modified, revoked, reopened and reissued, or terminated for cause. Thefiling of a request by Boeing for a permit modification, revocation and reissuance, ortermination, or of a notification of planned changes or anticipated noncompliance does notstay any permit condition. Duty to provide informationBoeing shall furnish to the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, within a reasonable time, anyinformation that the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency may request in writing to determinewhether cause exists for modifying, revoking and reissuing, or terminating the permit or todetermine compliance with the permit. Upon request, Boeing shall also furnish to the PugetSound Clean Air Agency copies of records required to be kept by the permit or, forinformation claimed to be confidential, Boeing may furnish such records directly to EPARegion 10 along with a claim of confidentiality. The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency shallmaintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with RCW 70.94.205.
