STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS<strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12,2013Page 262 of2912) The average hourly nitrogen oxides emission rates expressed as N023) The 30·day average nitrogen oxides emission rates calculated at the end of each steamgenerating unit operating day;4) Identification of those days when the 30-day average nitrogen oxides emission ratesare in excess of the nitrogen oxides emissions standards under 40 CFR 60.44b, withthe reasons for such excess emissions as well as a description of corrective actionstaken;5) Identification of the steam generating unit operating days when pollutant data havenot been obtained, including reasons for not obtaining sufficient data and adescription of correction actions taken;6) Identification of the times when emission data have been excluded from thecalculation of average emission rates and the reasons for excluding data;7) Identification of "F" factor used for calculation, method of determination, and type offuel combusted.8) Identification of the times when the pollutant concentration exceeded full span of thecontinuous monitoring system.9) Description of any modifications to the continuous monitoring system that couldaffect the ability of the system to comply with performance Specification 2 or 3. and10) Results of daily drift tests and quarterly accuracy assessments as required underAppendix F, Procedure 1.[40CFR 60.49b(i), , 11116106](c) NOx Order of Approval Requirement1) Within 30 days after the end of each month, Boeing shall report to <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong><strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>, and as required by EPA Region 10, the following:(a) Any periods exceeding the limits listed in Order of Approval No. 7438(b)(c)(d)The total NOx emissions for the current month;The rolling total NOx emissions for the preceding 12 months;The total amount of back-up fuel consumed in the preceding 12 months;(e) Whenever back·up fuel usage exceeds 0.40 million pounds for any 12-Boeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September 12,2008,' Administrative Amendment 3: October 10, 2012
