Emission Testing - Generali) For the purpose of determining compliance with an emission standard, the <strong>Puget</strong><strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> or Ecology may conduct testing of an emission unit orrequire Boeing to have it tested. In the event the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> orEcology conduct the test, Boeing shall be given an opportunity to observe thesampling and to obtain a sample at the same time. [<strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>Regulation I, Section 3.05(b), 2110/94; WAC 173-400-105(4), 8/20/93][WAC 173-400-105(4),2/10/05]ii)iii)iv)Testing of sources for compliance with emissions standards shall be performed inaccordance with the Reference Test Methods identified in Section I of this permit,except where this permit indicates that a specific Reference Test Method is notneeded or appropriate. [<strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> Regulation I, Section3.07(a), 3/23/06 (State only)]Boeing shall notifY the <strong>Puget</strong> SOlmd <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> in writing at least 21 daysprior to any compliance test in order to provide the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>an opportunity to review the test plan and to observe the test. Notification of acompliance test shall be submitted on forms provided by the <strong>Agency</strong>.Testnotifications using the <strong>Agency</strong> forms do not constitute test plans. Compliance withthis notification provision does not satisfy any obligation found in an order or otherregulatory requirement to submit a test plan for <strong>Agency</strong> review. Notification underSection 3.07(b) of this regulation does not waive or modifY test notificationrequirements found in other applicable regulations. [<strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong>Regulation I, Section 3.07(b), 3/23/06 (State only)]Boeing, if required by the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> to perfOlm acompliance test, shall submit a report to the <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> no laterthan 60 days after the test. The report shall include:(a) A description of the source and the sampling location;(b) The time and date ofthe test;(c) A summary of results, reported in units and for averaging periods consistent withBoeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September 12, 2008; Administrative Amendment 3: October 10, 2012
