It shall be unlawful for any personsubject to the provisions of this section to cause orallow spray-coating outside an enclosed structureunless reasonable precautions are employed tominimize the overspray. Reasonable precautionsinclude, but are not limited to the use of:II.A.I (c)FacilityInspections,11.A.1 (d)Work PracticeInspection(I) Enclosures and curtailment during high winds;and(2) High-volume low-pressure (HVLP), low-volumelow-pressure (L VLP), electrostatic, or airassistedairless spray equipment.
