MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND RECORDKEEPING <strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12, 2013Page 231 of291(dd)Site RemediationBoeing shall prepare and maintain documentation at the plant site to support thedetermination that the total annual quantity of HAP contained in all remediation materialsfrom site-wide remediation activities is less than 1 megagram (2200 pounds) per year.This total annual HAP quantity shall be based on the total quantity of the HAP listed inTable 1 of 40 CFR 63 Subpart GGGGG. The documentation must include a descriptionof the methodology and data used for determining the total HAP content of theremediation material.[40 CFR 63.7811(c)(2), 11129/06]B. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan Requirements.Boeing's O&M Plan shall include equipment operation and maintenance proceduresspecifying how Boeing will assure continuous compliance with <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong><strong>Agency</strong> Regulations I, II and III. For insignificant emission units, refer to therequirements stated in Section II.A.! (e) Maintenance and Repair of InsignificantEmission Units of this permit. The plan shall reflect good industrial practice. In mostinstances, following the manufacturer's operations manual or equipment operationalschedule, minimizing emissions until the repairs can be completed and taking measures toprevent recurrence of the problem may be considered good industrial practice.Determination of whether good industrial practice is being used will be based onavailable information such as monitoring results, opacity observations, review ofoperations and maintenance procedures, and checks of the emission unit or equipment.The specific provisions of the O&M Plan, other than those required by Condition SectionII.A.l and II.A.2( d), shall not be deemed part of this permit.[WAC 173-401-615(1)(b), 10/17/02]Boeing-Everett <strong>Permit</strong>, issued September 12,2008,' Administrative Amendment 3: October 10,2012
