If a deviation from an applicable standard in 40 CFR63.5805 occurred, Boeing shall include information regarding this deviation [40 CFR63.591O(d), 812S/OS; 40 CFR 63 Subpart WWWW Table 14, 4/21103; 40 CFR63.S900(b),4/20106](c) Notification of a Change in the Method of Compliance with HAPEmission LimitsIf Boeing changes any information in a notification submitted pursuant to therequirements of 40 CFR 63.5905(a) (V.Q.7(a) Initial Compliance Notifications), Boeingshall submit the changes in writing to the Administrator within IS calendar days after thechange. [40 CFR 63.S90S(b) (4121103)](d) Report of Exceeding 100 tpy Organic HAPsBoeing shall report if emission exceeded the 100 tpy organic HAP emissions threshold ifthe exceedance would make Boeing subject to 40 CFR 63.S80S(a)(1) or (d). Boeing mayinclude with this report any request for an exemption under 40 CFR 63.5805(e). IfBoeing received an exemption under 40 CFR 63.S80S(e), and subsequently exceeded the100 tpy organic HAP threshold, Boeing must report this exceedance as required in 40CFR 63.5805(f). If Boeing submits a compliance reportpursuant to Table 14 of Subpart WWWW along with, or as part of, the Semiannual<strong>Operating</strong> <strong>Permit</strong> Report under V.Q.I(a), and the compliance report includes all requiredinformation concerning deviations from any organic HAP emissions limitation (includingany operating limit) or work practice requirement in this subpart, submission of thecompliance report shall be deemed to satisfy any obligation to report the same deviationsin the Semiannual <strong>Operating</strong> <strong>Permit</strong> Report under V.Q.I(a). However, submission of acompliance report shall not otherwise affect any obligation the affected source may haveto report deviations from permit requirements to the permitting authority.
