Boeing shall continue to comply with all applicable requirements with which the source iscUlTently in compliance. Boeing shall meet on a timely basis any applicable requirementsthat become effective during the permit term. [WAC 173-401-630(3), 1114/93; WAC173-401-510(2)(h)(iii), 6/17/94]2. For the applicable requirements with which Boeing is not currently in compliance,Boeing shall comply with the elements of the compliance schedule established pursuantto WAC 173-401-630(3).M. Compliance certificationsBoeing shall submit a certification of compliance with permit terms and conditions once peryear, except the first such certification shall cover the period from permit issuance toDecember 31. Each certification shall include:1. The identification of each term or condition of the permit that is the basis of thecertification;2. The compliance status;3. Whether compliance was continuous or intermittent; and4. The method(s) used for determining the compliance status of the source, currently andover the reporting period.
