Sound Clean Air Agency, ofperformance test conducted to demonstrate compliance with standards in 40 CFRPart 60 (NSPS)For a new affected source or reconstructed affected source subject to a NESHAP,notifY the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency of the intended construction orreconstruction. Submit in accordance with 63.9(b), Initial Notifications, andinclude information required for application for approval or construction orreconstruction as specified in 40 CFR 63.5(d).
