STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS<strong>Permit</strong> No. 13120Expiration Date: September 12, 2013Page 257 of291• A list of new and discontinued aircraft models depainted at the facility overthe last 6 months and a list of the parts normally removed from depainting foreach new aircraft model being depainted.• If the depainting operation has been in compliance for the semiannual period,a statement that operations have been in compliance with the applicablestandards.(c) Annual Compliance Certification ReportsBoeing shall submit an annual compliance certification report to <strong>Puget</strong> <strong>Sound</strong> <strong>Clean</strong> <strong>Air</strong><strong>Agency</strong> <strong>Operating</strong> <strong>Permit</strong> Certification by February 28 of each year for the periodcovering the preceding calendar year in accordance with 40 CFR 63.753(c)(2). [40 CFR63.753(c)(2),9/1/98]The annual report shall list the number of times the pressure drop or water flowrate foreach dry filter or water wash system was outside the limits and, if the facility depaintsmore than 6 completed aircraft in a calendar year, the average volume per aircraft oforganic HAP-containing strippers or weight of organic HAP used for spot stripping anddecal removal operations if it exceeds the limit specified in 40 CFR 63.746(b)(3).
