requirements and asset management. An<br />
updated asset management register is<br />
in place and scheduled follow-up visits<br />
took place to perform and control asset<br />
management. The new main medical<br />
equipment was put onto the register.<br />
Lifecycle management was applied according<br />
to a set schedule.<br />

The number <strong>of</strong> learners that reported for<br />
the modular courses was 7 168. The average<br />
pass rate <strong>of</strong> the courses was 83,5%. The<br />
total number <strong>of</strong> MSDS members that have<br />
undergone training was 509, with a pass rate<br />
<strong>of</strong> 98%. A total <strong>of</strong> 322 learners reported for<br />
the Physical Training, Sport and Recreation<br />
training courses. 244 <strong>of</strong> these members<br />
qualified. 23 did not qualify and 45 learners<br />
were still on course at the time <strong>of</strong> compiling<br />
the report.<br />
