8 Subp<strong>rogramme</strong> Strategic Direction, Policy and Planning: Prior to FY 2007/08, the various subp<strong>rogramme</strong>s <strong>of</strong> the Human Resources Division<br />

functioned within the fragmented environment <strong>of</strong> the Policy and Planning and Joint Support Divisions <strong>of</strong> the DOD. The past year was devoted to the<br />

functioning <strong>of</strong> the newly established Human Resources Division.<br />
