Once at the IFCE CONFIG menus, configure the switch type by selecting the SWITCH TYPE field and choosing the appropriate protocol. (Remember, this is the protocol running on the Central Office switch, not the manufacturer’s name.) For this sample network, choose the NATIONAL ISDN selection.
