10.10.1. Variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada<br />

<strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong><br />

• En primer lugar <strong>de</strong>stacar que son variables incluidas <strong>en</strong> el funcionami<strong>en</strong>to afectivo (Lawton, EADG<br />

y GDS) <strong>la</strong>s que más parte <strong>de</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te explican.<br />

• En segundo lugar <strong>la</strong>s variables que mi<strong>de</strong>n el funcionami<strong>en</strong>to cognitivo (Nomemori y SPMSQ) aportan<br />

un 3,5% <strong>de</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te, aunque es <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>stacar <strong>la</strong> aus<strong>en</strong>cia <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

variable Simemori, es <strong>de</strong>cir, <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s funciones cognitivas que ti<strong>en</strong><strong>en</strong> que ver <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> memoria.<br />

• Influ<strong>en</strong>cia escasa <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> ejecución <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s acti<strong>vida</strong><strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> diaria y <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong> percibida <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong><br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong>.<br />

• Ahondar <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> importancia <strong>de</strong> variables re<strong>la</strong>cionadas <strong>con</strong> el funcionami<strong>en</strong>to afectivo <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> explicación<br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong> y <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> nu<strong>la</strong> explicación que aportan<br />

<strong>la</strong>s variables Simemori y OARS.<br />

10.10.2. Variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te: s<strong>en</strong>timi<strong>en</strong>tos <strong>de</strong> ansiedad, tristeza<br />

y <strong>de</strong>presión <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong><br />

• Importancia, como antes se ha <strong>de</strong>stacado, <strong>de</strong>l funcionami<strong>en</strong>to afectivo y <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong> percibida <strong>en</strong><br />

<strong>la</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te.<br />

• Escasa aportación a <strong>la</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong> factores no memorísticos <strong>de</strong>l funcionami<strong>en</strong>to<br />

cognitivo y <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> capacidad funcional.<br />

• Nu<strong>la</strong> aportación <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong>l apoyo social, <strong>de</strong>l funcionami<strong>en</strong>to cognitivo<br />

(especialm<strong>en</strong>te el ligado a <strong>la</strong> memoria) y <strong>de</strong>l SPMSQ.<br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong><br />

• Importancia <strong>de</strong>l funcionami<strong>en</strong>to afectivo (Lawton y EADG).<br />

• Baja pres<strong>en</strong>cia <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong>l funcionami<strong>en</strong>to cognitivo.<br />

• Muy baja pres<strong>en</strong>cia <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> capacidad funcional y <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong> percibida <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong> explicación <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> varianza<br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te.<br />

• Nu<strong>la</strong> influ<strong>en</strong>cia <strong>de</strong>l apoyo social, <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong>presión y <strong>de</strong> Simemori a <strong>la</strong> hora <strong>de</strong> explicar <strong>la</strong> varianza <strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>la</strong> variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te.<br />

10.10.4. Variable <strong>de</strong>p<strong>en</strong>di<strong>en</strong>te: acti<strong>vida</strong>d física <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>calidad</strong><br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>vida</strong> re<strong>la</strong>cionada <strong>con</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>salud</strong><br />
