Sa dette externe étant parailleurs faible, il est en mesure de soutenir une stratégie dedéveloppement du secteur logistique, f<strong>on</strong>damentale dans les éc<strong>on</strong>omiesactuelles.Le pays rattrape rapidement le retard occasi<strong>on</strong>né par les problèmesinternes auxquels il a dû faire face pendant plus de dix ans. Le secteurprivé fait preuve d’un grand dynamisme et de grands projets industrielset d’infrastructures s<strong>on</strong>t en cours.L’Algérie possède le plus grand marché interne du Maghreb. Vu sacroissance, le niveau de vie devrait augmenter assez c<strong>on</strong>sidérablement,ce qui c<strong>on</strong>fère à la logistique un fort potentiel de développement.En Algérie, 40 % du transport et l’immense majorité des autresopérati<strong>on</strong>s logistiques s<strong>on</strong>t encore internalisés, mais la tendance est entrain de changer en faveur de la sous-traitance.
