종족간 화해를 이루는데 특이한 압박과 계속되는 폭력이 있을 수 있기 때
문에화해사역은쉬지않고몇달동안계속할수있는성격의일이아니
다. 이런 종류의 사역을 시작하고자 생각하는 사람들은 신체적, 정서적, 심
리적, 영적으로 큰 대가를 치러야 한다는 것을 명심해야 한다. 긴장이 고조
될 수 있다. 그와 같은 사역자들을 위한 훌륭한 멤버케어는 휴식을 취할 것
과 활발한 지원과 케어를 보장하는 적절한 책임을 요구한다.
이 장은 그리스도의 십자가의 역사를 강조하며, 디브리핑과 종족 화해를
통한 멤버케어에 초점을 두었다. 그러나 디브리핑과 화해 자체가 끝이 아니
다. 그것들은 가장 덜 복음화 되고, 가장 덜 개발되며, 가장 크게 충격을 입
은 공동체를 전인적으로 변화시킴으로 하나님의 왕국을 확장하는 보다 큰
