UTICAJ PROMENE POSLOVNOG AMBIJENTA<br />

NA STILOVE LIDERSTVA<br />

Apstrakt: U radu su razmatrane najznačajnije karakteristike savremenog poslovnog<br />

okruženja vezane za intenziviranje globalne konkurencije, unapređenje proizvodnih i<br />

informacionih tehnologija, veći focus na kupca, <strong>promene</strong> u organizaciji upravljanja,<br />

<strong>promene</strong> u socijalnom, političkom i kulturalnom poslovnom okruženju. Ove <strong>promene</strong> utiču<br />

na <strong>promene</strong> liderskih stilova koji se manifestuju kroz određene forme ponašanja lidera. U<br />

radu će biti analizirani najznačajniji liderski stilovi,pre svega direktivni, participativni I<br />

podržavajući. Svaki stil je analiziran sa stanovišta karakteristika, prednosti i nedostataka, a<br />

takođe su razmatrani uticaji okruženja, sledbenika i organizacionog ambijenta na izbor<br />

modela ponašanja lidera najadekvatnijeg za određenu situaciju.<br />

Ključne reči: savremeno poslovno okruženje, lider, liderski stil, organizacione <strong>promene</strong>,<br />

organizaciono pnašanje.<br />

THE IMPACT OF BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT CHANGES<br />

ON THE LEADERSHIP STYLES<br />

Abstract: The paper considers the most significant business environment characteristics<br />

related to the intensifying global competition, improving the production and information<br />

technologies, greater focus on customer, changes in management organization, changes in<br />

social, political and cultural business environment. These changes impact on the changes of<br />

leadership styles which are manifested through particular leaders’ behaviour patterns. The<br />

paper also is going to consider the most significant leadership styles such as directive,<br />

participative and supportive. Each style is going to be analysed from the standpoint of the<br />

characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and also discussed the effects of<br />

environment, followers and the organizational surroundings on the most adequate<br />

leadership behaviour model choice under certain conditions.<br />
