Istraţivanje uticaja emocionalne inteligencije<br />

lidera na produktivnost srpskih kompanija<br />

Rezime: Uticaj emocionalne inteligencije ljudi u svakodnevnom ţivotu je presudan za<br />

uspeh u mnogim socijalnim sferama ţivota. Razvijena emocionalna inteligencija<br />

menadţera predstavlja sinonim za uspešno obavljanje poslovanja, kao i za efektno<br />

upravljanje i kombinovanje razliĉitim resursima kompanija u cilju dostizanja svetske klase<br />

proizvoda i usluga. U doba recesije, Srbija kao zemlja u tranziciji suoĉava se sa<br />

mnogobrojnim i razliĉitim izazovima i poteškoćama u domenu privrede. Smatra se da<br />

dobar lider brze i dinamiĉne promene u okruţenju doţivljava kao potencijalne šanse za<br />

rast i razvoj kompanije, a ne kao pretnje i krize za njen opstanak na veoma oscilatornom<br />

mehanizmu privrede-trţištu. Emocionalna inteligencija lidera, kao vrlo kompleksan<br />

fenomen, je presudan faktor koji odreĊuje da li će neka kompanija uspeti da opstane i<br />

dobro se pozicionira na trţištu. Uzimajući u obzir prethodno navedeno, došli smo do ideje<br />

da uradimo istraţivanje koje će proširiti naše vidike i znanje o trenutnoj situaciji<br />

rukovodioca kompanija u Srbiji, kao i o uticaju njihovih znanja, veština i stavova koje<br />

spadaju u domen emocionalne inteligencije na povećanje produktivnosti kompanija, a<br />

samim tim i rast privrede Srbije<br />

Summary: The influence of emotional intelligence of people in everyday life is crucial to<br />

success in many spheres of social life. Developed emotional intelligence of managers is a<br />

synonym for successful business and effective management and combination of different<br />

companies‟ resources in order to achieve world-class products and services. In times of<br />

recession, Serbia as a country in transition is facing many various challenges and<br />

difficulties in the field of economy. It is believed that a good leader fast and dynamic<br />

changes in the environment see as potential opportunities for growth and development,<br />

not as a threat and a crisis for its survival on the very oscillator mechanism of the<br />

economy -market. Emotional intelligence of leaders, a very complex phenomenon, is a<br />

crucial factor that determines whether a company will manage to survive and how it be<br />

positioned in the market. Taking into account the above, we came up with the idea to do<br />

research that will broaden our horizons and knowledge about the current situation of the<br />

head company in Serbia, as well as the impact of their knowledge, skills and attitudes<br />

that are in the domain of emotional intelligence to increase productivity of companies, and<br />

therefore the growth of Serbian economy.<br />
