aims at forming areas of the mortgage market in Turkmenistan.
The main material research justification of scientific findings.
Turkmenistan belongs to the Central Asian countries, which are rapidly
growing. One of the main tasks of the social unit of government is to
provide housing. Economic resources for housing in this state is, but
given the low wage population, the main source of funding for housing
should be mortgages. New challenges, including in light of the Declaration
Millennium Development Goals (adopted by the UN in 2000 year),
which was signed among the 189 countries and Turkmenistan, have been
formulated and put into the national program of social and economic
development of Turkmenistan for 20112020 years [National Program of
President of Turkmenistan…].
Provision of population with a total area of housing for the period
2003–2010 years. (an average of Turkmenistan) is shown in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 2, the provision of public housing Turkmenistan
each year is growing and as of 01.01.2012 r. it was 19.9 sq. m/person.
