The role of law and organisational structures factors
in national security system in Poland
Abstract. The hereby thesis concerns the role of law on ability of
development of national security system in Poland. The article shows
the transformation of organisational structures of national security
under constitutional law of Poland. The object of the analysis is to
demonstrate the influence of law on development of specific structures
of national security system. The aim of the analysis is the
research on the actions provided by the government. With regard to
the above, I included three issues into the article:
I analysed the polish constitutional law;
I presented development of specific national security organisational
structures;
I showed the influence of law (constitutional law example) on
ability of development of specific organisational structures of
national security in Poland.
I think that this article presents the phenomenon of national security
system in Poland in a certain perspective which makes it
possible to understand actions undertaken by government.

organizacji. Poznanie metod, procedur i sposobów działania pozwala
