factor, which has undoubted importance for the existence of such
discrepancies is the rapid advances in technology, information
and communication, having a significant impact on all areas of
individual and collective human activities on an industry, regional,
are taken by different actors in the labor market, aimed at shaping
the competitive position of the workforce, according to the preferred
strategic directions of individual areas of their development. Indeed,
activities that substantially contribute to reducing imbalances
occurring at local and regional labor markets.
competitive position of labor, especially the unemployed, is the
willingness to take actions aimed at improving or changing their
qualifications. Such actions have an essential role in shaping their
competitive position in the labor market. Therefore, the aim of
this paper is to present the basic conditions that allow to verify
