The model of local crisis management system:
the commune of Słupsk example
Abstract. The hereby thesis concerns the role of crisis management
on ability of development of local security system. The article
shows the transformation of local crisis management. The object
of the analysis is to demonstrate the influence of local crisis
management on development of specific forms of national security
system. The aim of the analysis is the research on the actions
provided by the government and local authorities. The aim of the
thesis is to present stages of government and local authorities
actions. With regard to the above, I included three issues into the
article:
I analysed the model of the local crisis management (example
the commune of Słupsk);
I presented development of local crisis management (example
the commune of Słupsk);
I showed the influence of local crisis management on ability of
development of national security.
I think that this article presents the phenomenon of local crisis
management from a certain perspective which makes it possible
to understand actions undertaken by government and local authorities.
