As an indicator of column breakdown, retention time of toluene was measured after purging the column with mobile phase. Only the StableBond SB-C18 is unchanged after<br />

three working months of use under these very low pH (0.8) and high temperature (90°C) conditions. ZORBAX Rx-C18 also provides a stable matrix, and can be used as an<br />

alternative selectivity to StableBond SB-C18.<br />
