The 300Extend-C18 column can be used at high and low pH—from pH 2-11.5. This chart shows that the 300Extend-C18 has the needed stability at low pH for longterm
reproducible separations. Therefore, one wide-pore column can be used for selectivity optimization at low and high pH with both TFA and ammonium hydroxide
mobile phases.
