Protein In-gel Tryptic Digestion Kit<br />

The Protein In-gel Tryptic Digestion Kit contains a complete set of reagents to perform tryptic<br />

digestions on colloidal Coomassie or fluorescent dye-stained protein bands excised from<br />

polyacrylamide gels.<br />

• Process approximately 150 samples<br />

• Easy-to-follow, 7-step protocol produces accurate and reproducible digestions<br />

in suitable form for mass spectrometric analysis<br />

• Designed to function with a wide range of protein band concentrations,<br />

Spin Filters<br />

Spin Filters are polypropylene spin tubes with cellulose acetate filter membranes that can be<br />

used to remove particulate matter from samples such as serum, plasma, or protein samples<br />

diluted in aqueous buffers through low-speed centrifugation of samples through the filter.<br />

• 50 - 500 µL sample volume capacity<br />

• 2 mL sample receiver volume capacity<br />

• Sample holdup volume is < 5 µL<br />

• Contains a cellulose acetate membrane with a 0.22 µm pore size<br />
