MANDATORY EQUAL EMPLOYMNT OPPORTUMTY L~~GUAGEN.J.S.A. 10:5.31 and N.J.A.C. 17,:27Goods, Professional Services and General Service Contracts(Mandatory Afrmative Action Language)During the performance of this contract, the contractor agrees as follows:The contractor or subcontractor, where applicable, wil not discriminate against any employee orapplicant for employment because of age, race, creed, color, national ol'gin, ancestry, maritalstatus; affectional or sexual ol'entation or sex.
