staff tasks such as document indexing or preparing deposition summaries with associates ratherthan paralegals without the City's prior permission, the City agrees to pay only at the rate forparalegals.The City reserves the right to discuss with its outside counsel and approve the particularattorneys who wil be assigned to work on each matter.
