14. RESTORATIONIf this License expires without completion of the right herein granted or it isterminated when either party exerdses their termination rights under this License, theGrantee shall vacate the outgranted Premises, remove the property of the Grantee, andrestore the Premises to its previous condition to the greatest extent possible, exceptingfor the effects of ordinary wear and tear and depreciation arising from the lapse of time,as determined by the District Engineer. If, however, this License is revoked, theGrantee shall vacate the outgranted Premises, remove all property and restore theoutgranted Premises to the aforesaid condition within such time as the District Engineermay designate. In either event, if the Grantee shall fail or neglect to remove saidproperty and restore the outgranted Premises, then, at the option of the DistrictEngineer, the property shall either become the property of the United States withoutcompensation therefore, or the District Engineer may cause the property to be removedand no claim for damages against the United States or its officers or agents shall becreated by or made on account of such removal and restoration work. The Granteeshall also pay the United States, on demand, any sum that may be expended by theUnited States after the expiration, revocation, or termination of this License to restorethe outgranted Premises.15. NON-DISCRIMINATIONa. The Grantee shall not discriminate against any person or persons or excludethem from participation in the Grantees operations, programs or activities conducted onthe Premises, because of race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap or national origin.b. The Grantee, by acceptance of this License, is receiving a type of Federalassistance and, therefore, hereby gives assurance that it will comply with the provisionsof Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2000d); the AgeDiscrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. 6102); the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, asamended (29 U.S.C. 794); and all requirements imposed by or pursuant to the Directiveof the Department of Defense (32 CFR Part 300) issued as Department of DefenseDirectives 5500.11 and 1020.1, and Army Regulation 600-7. The Grantee wil complywith the Americans with Disabilities Act and attendant Americans with Disabilities ActAccessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) published by the Architectural and transportationBarriers Compliance Board. This assurance shall be binding on the Grantee, its agent,successors, and any other users.16. PROHIBITED USESThe Grantee shall not permit on the Premises orinstall or operate, or permit tobe installed or operateq thereon, any device which is illegal; or use the Premises orpermit them to be used for any illegal business or purpose. There shall not beconducted on or permitted upon the Premises any activity which would constitute anuisance.
