Due to the.potential lengt of some contractor submissions, the public agency should considerallowIng data to be su.~mitted in eIecnic form (i.e., sprelldsheet, pdf fie, etc.). Submissionsmust be kept with the contract docume~ts or in an appropriate computer file and be available forpublic access. The.form is worded to accept tJi alternate submision.
