The City has determed that a contract for maintenance of these propietar computersystems should be awarded pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii).4. LET'S THINK WIRELESS can provide the maintenance services for the proprietarycomputer hardware/software systems used to run the City's wireless wide area PCnetwork and has submitted a proposal indicating that it wil provide the services for thesum of$64,608.00.5. The DivisionofInformation Technology's recommendation is to award the contract toLET'S THINK WIRELESS.6. The term of the contract is one year effective as of September 9,2009.7.
