excess of 10% of the company have neither made a contribution, thatis reportable pursuant to the Election Law Enforcement Commissionpursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-8 or 19:44A-16, in the one (1) yearperiod preceding the award of the contract that would, pursuant toP.L.2004, c. 19, affect its eligibility to perform this contract,nor will it make a reportable contribution during the term of thecontract to any political party committee in the <strong>City</strong> of <strong>Jersey</strong><strong>City</strong> if a member of that political party is serving in an electivepublic office of the <strong>City</strong> of <strong>Jersey</strong> <strong>City</strong> when the contract isawarded, or to any candidate committee of any person serving in anelective public office to the <strong>City</strong> of <strong>Jersey</strong> <strong>City</strong> when the contractis awarded.ARTICLE XVIICHAPTER 271 POLITICAL CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSUREContractor is advised of its responsibility to file an annualdisclosure statement on political contributions with the New <strong>Jersey</strong>'Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) pursuant to N. J. S .A.19:44A-20.13 (P.L. 2005,c271) if the Contractor receives contractsin excess of $50,000 from public entities in a calendar year.
