excess of 10% of the company have neither made a contribution, thatis reportable pursuant to the Election Law Enforcement Commissionpursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-8 or 19:44A-16, in the one (1) yearperiod preceding the award of the contract that would, pursuant toP.L.2004, c. 19, affect its eligibility to perform this contract,nor will it make a reportable contribution during the term of thecontract to any political party committee in the City of JerseyCity if a member of that political party is serving in an electivepublic office of the City of Jersey City when the contract isawarded, or to any candidate committee of any person serving in anelective public office to the City of Jersey City when the contractis awarded.ARTICLE XVIICHAPTER 271 POLITICAL CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSUREContractor is advised of its responsibility to file an annualdisclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey'Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) pursuant to N. J. S .A.19:44A-20.13 (P.L. 2005,c271) if the Contractor receives contractsin excess of $50,000 from public entities in a calendar year.
