This contract be awarded without competitive bidding as an Extraordinary UnspecifiableService (EUS) in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-5 (l)(a)(ii) of the Local PublicContracts; and because of the reasons stated in the attched Certification dated August 3,2009 from the Chief Architect; and3. A notice of this action shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation within themunicipality within ten (i 0) days of the approval of this Resolution.4. The Business Entity Disclosure Certificàtion, Chapter 271 Political ContributionCertification, and the Determination ofherein by referenceValue Certification attached hereto and incorporatedshall be placed on fie with this resolution; and5.
