It is impracticable to solicit quotations as this process would require prospective vendors tobecome intimately familiar with the City's current telecommunications infrastructure. It is unlikelythat a firm unfamiliar with this infrastructure would be able to fully assess the complexity of JerseyCity's telecommunications and data communications in order to provide an adequate cost estimate ofthe work to be performed..4. Telecom Integrity Group has submitted a proposal in the amount of $52,000.005. The Department of Administration recommendation is to award the contract to TelecomIntegrity Group.6.
