..c. 21-1 POLmCALCONIBUTON DISLOSURE fORMContractor InstructionsBusiness entities (contractors) receiving contracts froi: a public agency that ar NOT awar(led puruant toa "fair and open" process (defined at NJ.S,A. 19:44A-20.7) are subject to the provisions ofP.L. 200S, c.271, s.2 (M.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.26). This law provides that 10 days prior to the award ofsuch a contract, thecontractor shalt disclose contributions to: , .. any State, county, or muncipal comIiittee of a political par. any legislative leadership coriittee". any contiuing political committee (a.k.a., political action committee). . any candidate committee of a cadidate for, or holder of, an elective offce:o of the public entity awarding the contractThe disclosure must list reportble contrbutions to any ofcycle that were made during the 12 months prior to award ofo oftIat county in which that public entity is locatedo of another public entity within that countyo or ofthea legislativecowitydistct in which that public.entity is located or, when thepublic entity is a county, of any legislative distict which includes an or parof19:44A- 16 for more detals on reportable contrbutions. .NJ.SA. 52:34-25(b) itmizes the paresthe committees that exceed $300 per electionthe contract.
