In any and abide all complaints by any decision brought of pursuant the owner tothe owner's grievance procedure, the contractor agrces to'which is rendered pursuant to said gricvancc procedure. Ifaiiy action the or owner administrative incurs any cxpcnseproceeding rcsults in an award of damagesagainst the owner, or ifto cure a violation of the ADA which has been brought pursuant to its grievance procedure, thecontractor shall satisfy and discharge the same at its own expense.The ownershall, as soon as practicable after a claim has been made against it, give written noticethereof to the contnictol' along with full and complete particulars of the claim, If any action 01'administrative proceeding is brought against the owner or any of its agents, servants, and.employees, theowner shall expeditiously forward or have forwarded to the contractor everydemand, complaint, notice, slumnons, pleading, or other process received by the owner or itsrepresentatives.It is eipressly agreed and understood that any approval by the owner of the services obligation provided to comply bythe contractor pursuant to this contract wil not relieve the contractor ofwith the Actparagraph.andto defend, indeinnify,protect, and save harmless the owner pursuant to thisIt is further agreed and understood that the owner assumes no obligation to indemnif or saveharmless the contractor, its agents,servants, employees and subcontractors for any claim whichtheir performance ofthis Agreement.may arise out of
