In the event that the contractor, its agents, servants, employees, or subcontractors violate or are .alleged to have violated the Act during the performance of this contract, the contractor shalldefend the owner in any actï'on or administrative proceedig commenced pursuant to this Act.The contractor shall indemnif, protect, and save haress the owner, its agents, servants, and. employees from and agaist any and all suits, claims, losses, demands, or damages; of whatever. .. . ikind or natuè arising out of or claimed to arse out çifthe alleged violation.The' contractor shall, at its own expense, appear, defend; and pay any anä all charges for legalservces and any and all costs and other expenses arsing from such action or admnistrativeproceeding or incured in connection therewith. In anyand all complaints brought pursuant tothe oWner's grievance procedur~, the contractor agrees to abide by any decision ofthe owneradmistrativewhich is rendered pursuant to said grevance procedure. If any action orproceeding results in an award of damages against the owner, or ifthe owner incurs any expense- to cure a violation of the ADA which has been brought pursuant to its grievanc'e procedure, the~ontractor shall satisfy and discharge the same at its own'expense.The owner shall, as soon as practicable afer a clai has been IIiade against it, give wrtten noticethereof to the contractor 8long with full and complete particular ofthe clai, If any action oradmstrative proceedig is brought agalst the owner or any of its agents, servants, and,employees, the owner shall expeditiously forward or have forwarded to the contrctor everydeD;1ad, complaint, notice, summons, pleading, or other process received by theowner or itsrepresentatives. .
