The Mayor or Business Administrator is authorized to' extend ,the contract withFinch Fuel Oil Co. for furishing ai1d delivering diesel fuel to variouslocations.2. The contract wiI1 be extended for one (1) year beginning July 1,2009 and ending onJune 30, 2010.3. The total cost of the contract shall not exceed $450,749.00.4.
