4Installing a <strong>Brocade</strong> <strong>NetIron</strong> <strong>XMR</strong> 32000 router• A 7/16 inch socket wrench attachmentFollow these steps to remove the router from the shipping crate.1. Position the crate so that you have access to the front <strong>and</strong> the rear. There must be enoughspace to the rear of the pallet to slide <strong>and</strong> remove the crate.2. Use a power drill with Phillips <strong>and</strong> large flat-blade screwdriver attachments to remove the bolts<strong>and</strong> screws that hold the front shipping panel in place, as shown in Figure 191. Remove the remaining bolts <strong>and</strong> screws that attach the bottom of the crate to the pallet.4. Slide the sides, top, <strong>and</strong> back of the crate backwards as one unit until it clears the pallet.5.
