The percentage of firms which use a checking and saving account is rather high. Additionally,<br />

share of firms which use the checking or savings account is higher than share of adults who<br />

have an account at a formal financial institution or save money in different ways. There is not a<br />

clear relationship between using these basic financial products and services by firms and<br />

individuals in particular regions in the world.<br />

The next and probably the most important area of financial inclusion in the enterprises is<br />

raising the capital necessary for running the business. The structure of the financing the<br />

investments in the enterprises activity is presented in Chart 2. It should be underlined, that<br />

financial market creates many possibilities for raising capital.<br />
