Received a venire for the drawing of four men to serve as
traverse jurors at the Superior Court to be holden at Cambridge, the per-
-sons so drawn to appear and attend the first.. session, of said court on Mon-
day the third day of February, 1930 at ten o'clock in the forenoon, (crim-
inal business)
The fcox containing the names being shaken, and the slips or
ballots bearing the names being mixed, .Alderman .Haviean,'_being designated by
the .mayor for that purpose, drew from the box and read aloud, names as follows :

2. Samuel M. Robertson 52 Ossipee rd., . . . Leather worker

4. Verne 0. Bosworth 37 Burnside .ave. Salesman

The slips or ballots bearing the names were, passed. .by the al-
derman to the mayor who verified the names and passed. them .to the president,
who passed them to the city clerk who also verified the names by reading thei i
aloud from said slips or ballots which were then duly endorsed, and returned
to the jury box.
The purpose of his presence, with. the board having been accom-
plished, his honor the mayor retired, escorted by. the city messenger and the
committee above named, to wit, Aldermen Carroll and Pearson.
