presence at this meeting with re-
cords as to employees, City Hall,
Somerville, Wednesday, Nov. 19,
1950, 7.30 p.m.
The president, Alderman Carr, presiding.
Aldermen Gobron, Sherman, Knox, Elliott, Perry, Pearson,Stynes,
Barrett, Walsh, Denning, Moran, Havican, O'Connell, Cronin, Donovan, Raffer-
ty, Carroll, Lynch, Grattan and vice-president Crowley present.
On motion of Aid. Gobron previous action in calling a special
private meeting was reconsidered by a vote of 14 in the affirmative, 1 in the
negative, 6 Aldermen being absent. Action having been reconsidered it was
then unanimously voted that this meeting be a public meeting and not a pri-
vate meeting.
Hearing.
On the order requesting information relative .to the_employ-
ment of non-residents on Southern Junior High School and Western Junior High
School, Lawrence Cunningham of 30 Mystic ave. Bedford, manager Frankini Bros.
General Contractor, Anthony Cassidy, 133 Austin st. Cambridge, representing
Cassidy, Inc. Heating Contractor, Charles L. Devoe Co. 179 Summer st. Boston,
Electrical, Mr. Sullivan, 7 Davis sq. General Contractor Western Junior High
School, Mr. Graves, Spruce st. Maiden, representing Building Trade Mechanics,
appeared.

No further action taken, therefore, same is still laid on the
Adjourned.
