The sum of two hundred sixty-six thousand, seven.
hundred thirty-five (266,735) dollars, the said sum being in addition to the
sum of three million, five hundred sixty_-eight thousand, five hundred seventy
(3,568,570) dollars appropriated by said' order approved April 24, 1930, as
amended by said order approved May 27, 1930", and making in the aggregate the
sum of three millidn, eight hundred thirty-five thousand, three hundred and
five (b,835,305) dollars appropriated_to defray the current expenses of the
city of Somerville for the financial year 1930 shall be raised by assessment
upon the polls, property and estates taxable in this city according to the
provisions of law.
Read once and question came on passing the order to a second
reading. Aid. Lynch invoked section 15 and further action delayed.
