There "being no objection to its consideration at this time, the
president offered the following order,
A jury list prepared by the Board of Election Commissioners of
this city, under the provisions of chapter 254 of the General Laws of 1920,
and Acts in amendment and addition thereto, having been received by this board
from said Board of Election Commissioners this evening, it is therefore hereby
Ordered:
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause the
games on said list -to be prepared on separate papers or ballots in the manner
specified by law, and present the same to this board.
Adopted.

To the Honorable, the Board of Aldermen,
entlemen:
September 25,1930
Pursuant to your order of even date, I have caused the names on the
jury list, received by your honorable board from the Boardof Election Commissioners
on the .said date, to be prepared on separate papers or ballot s in
jthe manner specified in section 7 of chapter 234 of the General Laws of 1920,
and Acts in amendment and addition thereto, and -present the same herewith;
and I hereby certify that the said papers or ballots contain all the names
hat are included in said list, and none other.

The board having caused to be removed from the jury box all
bhe names that were contained therein and to be placed in said box all the pa-
pers or ballots received from the city clerk the following certificate was
signed by the members of the board.

prepared by the City Clerk on separate papers or ballots in the manner pro-
vided by law, and presented by him to this board -this day, and the said papers
or ballots containing, as certified by the city clerk, all the names that are
on said list, and none other,-
It is hereby certified that this board has caused to be re-
noved from the jury box all the names that were contained therein, and to be
placed in said box all the papers or ballots received as aforesaid from the
city clerk, and the said box containing all of said papers or ballots and none
