dred ($10,900.00) dollars.<br />

This order shall supercede and revoke order dated May 29,<br />

1950 relating to sale <strong>of</strong> said property.<br />

That a driveway be constructed in front <strong>of</strong><br />

the premises 59-41 Mt. Vernon street, when there shall have first been de-<br />

posited with the city treasurer a sum <strong>of</strong> money sufficient to cover the esti-<br />

mated cost <strong>of</strong> construction.<br />

Alderman Gobron <strong>of</strong>fered the following orders,<br />

Ordered:<br />

That a public hearing be given before this<br />

Board at its room in the <strong>City</strong> Hall on Thursday evening, September 11, 1930,<br />

at eight o ! clock, on the matter <strong>of</strong> revoking the permit for the street car<br />

cross-over on Broadway opposite Liberty avenue, and the city clerk is hereby<br />

authorized and directed to give suitable notice <strong>of</strong> same, the expense so in-<br />

curred to be charged to Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen Expenses account.<br />

His honor the-Mayor is hereby requested to<br />

direct the Chief '<strong>of</strong> Police to cause the Boston and Maine Railroad to remove<br />

an oil storage tank at the junction <strong>of</strong> its Southern Division main line and<br />

Lexington branch near Centre street, which tank was installed without a li-<br />

cense from this Board, especially in view <strong>of</strong> the fact that the representa-<br />

tive <strong>of</strong> the railroad stated at the public hearing that the oil stored in sal<br />
