These numerous accounts were caused by the fact-that words
not identically the same were used in the orders creating and authorized thes
accounts which were passed by your Honorable Board and the Auditing Department
must set up these accounts with the exact wording of the order as authorized
and adopted by the Board of Aldermen.
These transfers in no way change the intent of the original or
ders but authority must t>e given by the Board of Aldermen before we can consolidate
them on our books. Therefore the following transfers are requested:
Account known as Southern and Western Junior High Schools

On motion of Aid. Moran the within transfer of various appro-
priations approved in Board of Aldermen. The question then came on the adop-
tion and the same was read twice and adopted.
