as jur_o_rj3__uncler the terms arid provisions of general laws,' Chapter 234, sec-
tion 1, as amended by chapter 311 of the acts of the Legislature of Massa-
chusetts for 1924, and the provisions of said section shall hereafter apply
to all enginemen and members of said fire department, and it is further

That due notice of this order be given tp the
Board of -Election Commissioners and Chief of the Fire Department.
