MOTIONS, ORDEHS AND RESOLUTIONS.
Alderman Cronin offered the following order,
Ordered:
That a public hearing be held before this
board in the Alderraanic Chamber, City Hall, on Thursday evening, May 22,1930
on the matter of the petition of the Metropolitan Ice Company for license for
the storage, of fuel oil in rear of its premises on Washington street, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of same, the-expense so
incurred to be charged to Board of Aldermen Expenses account.
Read twice and adopted with the proviso that the City Clerk
obtain an opinion from the City Solicitor at once with reference to the le-
gality of calling a second hearing. If said ruling, in writing Is received
in time then the provision of this order will be fulfilled by the City Clerk.
